Account settings
Every setting is scoped to the Ally account you signed in with. Changes take effect on this device instantly and on other devices at their next magic-link sign-in.
Email address
The address your magic link is sent to. Change requires a confirmation link on the current address and a verification link on the new one.
Display name (mentor-facing)
The name your mentor sees in the shared notes header. Not used anywhere else in the cabinet.
Two-factor authentication
Add a second step at sign-in — TOTP via any authenticator app. Recovery codes are shown once and downloadable as PDF from your cabinet.

See every browser your cabinet is currently signed in on. Revoke a session in one click; the next request from that device returns to the sign-in page.

Data export
Download every note, homework item and session transcript your cabinet holds. Delivery is a signed PDF plus JSON attached to a secure link, valid for 48 hours.
Recovery contact
Optional — add a secondary email that can receive the account recovery link if you lose access to the primary.
Delete account
Erase your Ally cabinet under UK GDPR. Purge completes within 30 days. Mentor's copy of shared notes is anonymised, not retained.
